Our eBay operation has worked
hard to structure our market
where we can offer Name-Brand
garments and accessories at
prices well below retail.
We can do this only because we have
streamlined much of the overhead
that usually causes sellers to
have to charge much higher
prices on the same merchandise.
In order to keep our prices low,
we must ask bidders and buyers
to please make sure you are
bidding on or purchasing
the item
with the exact attributes
you wish us to ship to you,
including
size, color, and style.
It is our policy not to "swap"
out or exchange an item that has already
been won or purchased, for a different
size, color or style, either
before or after payment.
Your bid is a contract, and we
must ask you to honor that
commitment.
Our
posted eBay policy is:
All Body Gestures sales on
eBay are Final; No Returns,
Refunds or Exchanges. Please
make sure you have ordered
the correct size, when
applicable.
Returns and exchanges are
handled at our cost only for items that
have been incorrectly
described in the listing, or
incorrectly shipped through
our
error. Please read
measurements and/or sizing
information carefully and
contact us with any
questions before you bid.
There are
absolutely no
returns or exchanges under
the eBay transaction for
size and/or fit when you receive
the size you ordered;
please
make sure you have ordered
the correct size, when
applicable.
However,
if you still wish to ask for a
different item, or request an
exchange for a different size,
color or style, instead of purchasing an
additional item from us
that better meets your needs,
we will make every reasonable
effort to accommodate your
request.
Please
keep in mind the following
terms
before contacting us
about receiving an alternate item:
1)
You
must identify the
specific item
(including size,
color & style)
currently or recently listed
by
BodyGestures
on eBay (go to
www.BodyGestures.INFO to see
all our current eBay offerings)
and available
(has no bids)
either
in auction, fixed price, or
store format. When you contact
us, please provide the specific
eBay number you would like to
receive. We cannot "search" for
"something similar" or other
sizes and/or colors that we may
not have or have sold out of. We
keep all our eBay products
listed either in an active
auction/fixed price listing, or in our eBay store.
When auctions end, items are
relisted within a few days. If
what you are looking for is not
running on eBay or showing in
our
list of recently ended auctions, we
probably do not have it
available ... today anyway - our
offerings change daily as we get
in new products.
2)
We will be glad to sell you
the new item you have requested at
the new item's BUY IT NOW PRICE
only, and apply the full invoiced
purchase price of the original item
(excluding invoiced s&h) toward
the new item; Best Offers on the
new item will not be
entertained. Please do not bid
on the new item in an active auction, or
make a Best Offer on the new
item, unless you
intend to purchase it as an
additional item. Any
difference in the price between
the originally purchased
garment's invoiced/selling price and the
BUY IT NOW price on the new
garment will be billed to you
via PayPal.
We do not swap or
exchange items at the new item's auction
start price, or at the invoiced
price of the original item.
3)
You
will be charged a
$2
per item
processing fee for all
requested "swaps" and exchanges,
whether requested before or
after making payment.
4)
If the new garment's BUY IT NOW
price is lower than the invoiced
price of the original item
purchased, we will still try to
accommodate your request; any difference in price
will first be applied toward
processing fees and reshipping
fees; if there is still a credit
due to you, it will be awarded
to you as an in-house credit
to
be used toward a future invoice
from our eBay marketplace within
60-days. After 60-days, the
credit is forfeited.
5)
If the original item has
already been shipped, whether
you have received it yet or it
is still in transit, you will
be responsible for all return
shipping costs for the original
item, as well as the shipping
costs on the new item, including
any shipping insurance. We must
receive the item back and
receive your PayPal payment of
any pricing variance, processing
fees, and reshipping fees before
your new item will be shipped to
you. Returned items must be
unopened, unworn, in
ready-to-sell condition, and
received in the same condition
as originally sent, including all
tags, packaging, and boxes
intact, undamaged and in place. Please
insure your return shipment; we
are not responsible for returned
items that are lost or damaged
in transit.
6)
Due to health regulations,
under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can
undergarments of any kind,
including tights and fishnets,
be returned or exchanged, other
than to correct our error.
We will be glad to sell you
another undergarment item, but any kind of an
exchange or return after an
undergarment is
shipped, other than to
correct an error we have made, will not be
considered. Right or wrong size,
color, or style, if you ordered
it and it has been shipped, it is yours.
For any requests related to
undergarments made before
we've shipped the original item,
see above.
7)
Please make sure you have
received an RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization) from
our Customer Service (use email
or eBay My Messages) BEFORE returning any
merchandise. Please make sure to show
your RMA
number PROMINENTLY on the
outside of your return package
to ensure proper routing of your
package.
8)
Items may be considered for this exchange accommodation for
10-calendar days from the
date the USPS indicates the item
was delivered; RMA numbers
will not be issued beyond
10-calendar days after delivery.
Your return must be shipped to
us within 5-calendar days once
an RMA number is issued;
please use a shipping method
with delivery confirmation when
sending your item back.
It is best
for both buyers and
sellers when the correct item
is bid on and/or purchased
initially.
However, we would
still like to be able to provide
specialized service
to
you when
you
need it,
without
having to increase our prices
for everyone. With that in mind, we have
put this
program together. In this way,
we feel we can continue to try to
facilitate even those requests that
fall outside our stated
eBay policies.
